Fall-Themed Marketing
Labor Day has come and gone and you know what that means – summer is essentially over. Many practices do most of their events during the summer months, including open houses and sponsored events. Summer is also an easy theme to use with marketing, direct mail and other promotional material; who doesn’t feel connected to a smiling family sitting outside in the sun? Just because the leaves are changing and the days are getting shorter does not mean that you should lose your momentum. Below are three marketing ideas for fall.
Sponsor A Team
While summer is full of road races and festivals, the start of the school year gives you an opportunity to sponsor a school-aged sports team. Getting your name on the jersey of a popular local sports team helps you put your practice out there as well as provides you with the opportunity to attend the games and talk with the parents and grandparents of the young players.
Celebrate Fall Holidays
Use the major holidays in fall to your advantage. You can tie being thankful for your health to Thanksgiving and how seeing a doctor is not as scary as you think for Halloween (just to name a couple). You can also embrace lesser-known holidays like Business Women’s Day (September 22) or Grandparent’s Day (the first Sunday after Labor Day). These small holidays are fun to incorporate into digital marketing on your social media accounts.
Team Up with Others
Your community is full of other small businesses. Try teaming up for a start of the school year or general autumn-themed weekend event. This will help get your practice out in the public eye as well as make a name for yourself within the community.
These are just a few of the many fall-themed marketing concepts you can implement at your practice.
