Have you registered for AOA 35?
This September, the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas will play host to the Association of Otolaryngology Administrators’ 35th annual educational conference. The event is created specifically for administrators, physicians, coders, managers and anyone who is interested in otolaryngology practice management. From September 17 to 20, participants will receive industry-specific information that can be used to help them implement new ideas and processes back home at their practice.
The Event
The three-day event will contain sessions, boot camps, receptions, an evening out and a Pop-Up party. The sessions will be held on a variety of topics, broken down into eight main categories:
- Coding
- Human Resources
- Marketing
- Technology
- Finance
- Leadership/Professional Development
- Operations
- Healthcare Today
Each session will be marked with a level indicator: basic, intermediate, advanced or all levels. These categorizations help ensure attendees can optimize their time by attending the sessions most helpful to them.
The Classes
In addition to the classes, some fun activities have been planned so you can explore Las Vegas. A Fun Run/Walk on Monday morning gives early risers the chance to see the Las Vegas Strip in the daylight and meet their fellow exercise enthusiasts. On Tuesday night, the Evening Out Event is at Topgolf. Just down the Strip at the MGM Grand, this Fuel-sponsored event gives participants a chance to mix and mingle with their fellow attendees while participating in some friendly competition. Your ticket to this event includes all-you-can-play Topgolf, a delicious buffet-style dinner, two drink tickets and transportation to and from the venue.
Keynote
After the Closing Keynote on Wednesday, join your fellow attendees for one last reception before leaving the City of Lights at the Pop-Up Party.
